Accidentally bought fc points for 24 instead of 26

I accidentally bought fc points for 24 instead of 26 through the ps store I tried contacting EA help chat they were no help at all can’t even get through too the ea chat help again it just says this issue isn’t supported for our advisors anyone have a clue at all what I can do

Unfortunately there's no way to transfer FC 24 points to FC 26. Your best bet would be to reach out to PlayStation support in case they can organise a refund. Otherwise I can only recommend that you're more careful with what you purchase in the future.

Same thing happened to me but on Xbox and My refund got denied

Same as me, mine also got denied but I’m hoping Xbox support sort it out as EA can’t do refunds

If you bought them via the Xbox store, then you'll need to reach out to Xbox support. Our live support team can only help with refunds if you made your purchase via the EA app.
