Freezing/Crashing FC 26 pc

With something like this jayniyna​ it's best to start by grabbing a DxDiag so that we can take a look at your system. Know it's frustrating but it's a start to getting you playing again.

When the issue occurs have you ever seen an error message?

The more info you can have the faster we can get you back into you game having fun.

EA_Darko​ Thank you for responding, here are my dxdiag screenshots. No error messages. The are two types of crashes/freezes. The first type, the game crashes after freezing and I can continue using my laptop. The second type I, need to manually power off my laptop and restart my system to use my machine. Also your username suggests that you're ghanaian?

I'm having the same issue. Have you been able to figure it out? Can you please help. Thank you

same problem here also .....since last year ...massive input Delay 6 months in the Game and we still have these problems.....its disappointing from a big Company like EA

So seeing a lot of Windows account issues there jayniyna​ so can you create a new Windows admin account and test the game there to see what happens.
