eaanticheat crash on windows pc

Question

I use a cloud computer with Windows 10 PC. Every time I run the fc26 game in steam, it reports an anti-cheat process crash pop-up. Even when I run the anti-cheat EXE file independently, it also crashes directly and generates a DMP file (see attachment).
