EAFC 26 - OVERHEATING and CRASH CONSOLE - Every use...

I am contacting you because I purchased yesterday a downloadable version of the game IAFC 26 for PlayStation 5. It turns out that the game causes overheating and crashes the console — it shuts down suddenly, and this issue only occurs with this game. Either you have a solution to fix this, or I would like a refund for my game. Thank you

I personally had this issue in the past and got a can of compressed air (held vertically so no liquid comes out) and blasted the dust/lint away from the fan and as far into the heatsinks as I could. If you are not comfortable with this, you could look into getting the console professionally cleaned.
