EAFC Series S/X frame rate drops on Xbox cloud gaming

I thought it was a problem with my Wi-Fi, but later I noticed that I can play other games on Xbox Cloud Gaming on my laptop with full graphics without any issues.

I’m having the exact same issue during matches , FPS drops to around 30–45, sometimes the game freezes for a few seconds, and then it speeds up to catch up. And the weird part is that everything looks perfectly fine outside of matches.
