EAFC Series S/X frame rate drops on Xbox cloud gaming

Hi everyone

The frame rate during matches on EAFC 26 series s/x keeps dropping from 60fps to 30-45 fps making the game unplayable. I don't have this issue with other games on Xcloud. I'm playing via Ethernet. The same issue also occurred in EAFC 25, but not EAFC 24

The issue doesn't exist when playing EAFC 26 at my friend's house on his Series S console.

I have contacted Microsoft. They said it was a game optimisation issue and that it can only be fixed by EA

Can we please have this issue fixed. On the Xcloud Reddit many other users are currently posting the exact same thing

Please fix to xcloud fc26 series version drop frames, already passed with fc25 and continues now with fc26 solution

EA needs to fix this, this problem has been going on since EA FC 25, it's ridiculous.

It seems EA isn't very interested in fixing this problem, it's really sad.

I thought it was a problem with my Wi-Fi, but later I noticed that I can play other games with full graphics without any issues, while my beautiful EA SPORTS FC 26 can't even run properly.
Also, EA, you need to compensate me for the humiliation I’ve suffered against my friends because of these rendering issues. I’ve lost so many matches because of this! 😭😂
