Eafc26 matchmaking errors

So I thought I’d hop on after finishing uni just to play some fifa, I can’t make a game in div rivals nor squad battles due to an ‘error creating my game session’. 
anybody able to help advise me what to do, tried resetting my Xbox as well as my internet and nothings working
