EAFC26 Start Up Bug

I just bought the game on my xbox series s. Whenever i try to play the game my screen just turns grey, but i somehow can press on stuff in the menu, everything just turns invisible. I tried uninstalling, i tried reseting my console and nothing works, i just wanna play the game.
