Dear EA Sports FC Mobile Support Team,

I am writing this to report a persistent technical issue I am experiencing while playing FC Mobile.

Issue Description:

Every time I attempt to join or register for a new league after leaving a previous one, an error message appears. The error message reads: "UNKNOWN ERROR[10000]".

Device: Realme 7

Platform: Android

Approximate time when issue started: November 16, 2025 (1 day ago)

Server: Indonesia

Game Version: 26.1.01 (Latest Version)

Evidence (Attached): I have attached a screenshot of the error message that appears.

Steps I Have Taken:

I have attempted all basic and advanced troubleshooting steps suggested in the community forums, but the issue has persisted for over a day:

1. Ensured a stable network connection (using both Wi-Fi and cellular data, both are fine for solo play).

2. Restarted the application and device multiple times.

3. Cleared the app cache and data (clear data) and reinstalled the game.

4. Paused logging in or attempting to join a league for over 24 hours.

5. Changed the region/area settings on my device.

Desired Outcome:

If my account has indeed been flagged for a violation and received a restriction, I sincerely apologize. I promise that I will not repeat it again. I suspect this may be a temporary account restriction that has not lifted automatically or a specific server authentication issue. I kindly request assistance from the technical team to review my account status and restore normal. Thank you for your time and assistance.
