Can't get to even 10 stars because of ms issue and rigged head to head system

I have reported this many times bro the head to head soooooo muchhhhhh rigged I can't even win a single match every time I am at scoring a goal there is ms problem from which I can't even pass not can I do skill move or shoot the ball and this also happens when the opponent is is gonna score my defenders move by themselves i can't control them because of the ms issue. Pls fix the ms issue and head to head also because I am grinding head to head from the start of footyverse event and I can't even get 10 stars
