Evolution on fut ultimate team 26

I’m contacting you regarding a FUT Evolution issue on EA Sports FC 26.

I activated the “El Pistolero” evolution on April 21 between 18:54 and 18:56, before its expiration at 19:00. It was active and visible in green on my player.

After playing a match (Champions mode), at 19:01 the evolution was still visually active (green), but it was no longer listed in the active evolutions menu, with a message saying some evolutions had expired.

After restarting the game, my player completely lost the evolution and returned to the normal version.

So the evolution was activated in time but got removed due to a server reset issue.

I would like to request a restoration of the “El Pistolero” evolution.
