Season Pass Rewards is not Redeemable

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I&nbsp; season pass to get the premium rewards however levels (26-30) rewards are not Redeemable even though I have the required SP. I have tried restarting and checking from webapp as well as searching inventory in case it was automatically decided on the rewards choice however I was not able to locate any of these rewards.&nbsp;Platform: PS4&nbsp;&nbsp;EA ID: GemalJRs / [edit: email address removed]&nbsp;Missing rewards (list): Premium rewards from level 26 - 30&nbsp;Unlock timestamp (date, time, timezone): 23 April 12 AM GMT&nbsp;Video/Screenshot (if possible): attached

Hi, thanks for posting and for taking the time to put the information together. I’m afraid rewards-related issues aren’t something we’re able to assist with here on the forums. If the issue persists after waiting 24 hours and performing another full restart, please reach out to&nbsp;our support team so they can take a look.

No this response is not good enough. &nbsp;First of all my post about the same situation was ignored all day. &nbsp;Second of all, none of the guidance in that link accomplished anything. &nbsp;And finally, when you actually go to use the chat, you spend 15 minutes talking in circles with AI. &nbsp;The AI proceeds to refer you back to the troubleshooting, and a link to chat with a real person says this issue can’t be resolved through chat. &nbsp;You need to flag this issue and escalate it to your higher ups. &nbsp;If it can’t be resolved then this is straight up robbery from EA.
