Extreme Lag.. pc unplayable after server maintenance

i played this game for over a month. It was working just fine in terms of lag. I would start lagging in 4th or 5th match. Constant changing gameplay was issue but otherwise it worked smooth.  But now...

i have gaming laptop Intel(R) Core i9-14900HX (2.20 GHz)
rtx 4090 , 16gb vram
ram- 32 gb. 

Didnt know i would have such severe unplayable lag issues on this game.
if this is not enough why dont they update system requirements for game
appropriately.. lost my money EA!!!
funny thing is it was playable before the server maintenance. 

what are your specks?
