Purchased pro clubs cosmetics not equipping

Hello I purchased a bundle in the clubs store. This bundle is bugged and does not let me equip the cosmetics I paid for. Everyone I equip they auto remove. I get the error of pro clubs avatar save failed error. I paid using money for this and would kindly request that either this situation is resolved or I am refunded the fc points I spent as this is not acceptable. Thanks for your help in advance
