Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated – EA Sports FC 26

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing this message to express my full frustration and disappointment with EA Sports FC 26.

I have been playing FIFA since the year 2000, and I can honestly say that this is the worst football game experience I have ever had.
The gameplay feels completely broken and unfair. No matter how much I play, I almost never win. Shots go wide for no reason, players feel empty and unresponsive, and matches feel scripted rather than skill-based.

This game has caused me serious stress, frustration, and emotional pressure. Instead of enjoyment, it gives me tension and a feeling of isolation. A video game should be entertaining, not mentally exhausting.

I truly regret buying this game. At this point, I consider EA to be one of the worst game companies, based on how poorly this title performs and how little respect it shows to long-time players.

I will not purchase any future EA games, and I will actively advise my friends to stop buying your products as well.

This is not a matter of “losing a few matches” — this is about a game that feels fundamentally flawed and damaging to the player experience.

You have lost a loyal player of more than 20 years.
