Facing Severe FPS Drops on FC26 in PC

I’m facing major FPS issues in EA FC 26 on PC. My setup is NVIDIA RTX 4050 + Ryzen 7 7000 (8-core), yet the game randomly drops to 1–5 FPS, especially after halftime, during cutscenes, or goal celebrations mainly while playing online matches like Seasons

I’ve already tried clearing EA App cache, NVIDIA driver cache/temp data, Windows temp files, and even repaired the game. The latest update didn’t fix it. Online matches are basically unplayable because of these sudden drops.

I see many others reporting similar problems here, on Reddit, and other online platforms, so this isn’t isolated. I'm not sure about console players PS5/Xbox users, seems they are less affected, but PC users are struggling badly.

EA needs to acknowledge this issue and release a proper optimization patch. Workarounds like disabling overlays or tweaking NVIDIA Control Panel settings haven’t solved it. Please escalate this to the dev team — the game is unplayable in its current state.
