"Failed to load"

Hi, so i was playing normally untill all of a sudden my pc crashed midgame and kicking me out of the game. I wanted to re-log in and under the headline "name" there was a blank space. When i clicked on it, it showed me a "failed to load" screen. I dont want to delete the data because firstly, i dont want to restart again and secondly idk if i can get a backup. Can anyone help me with this?
