False Ban

I have created this as i am in need of some serious help, as my account has been falsely banned for ‘cheating’ and i have no idea what to do. My appeals have been declined multiple times, and i don’t understand how i can be falsely banned to begin with and then have appeals denyd aswell. I have been playing this game for years now and have 1000s of hours and have never cheated or done anthything against ToS. If anyone has any ideas please help.
