False transfer ban for a long time

I was falsely transfer banned around october and i have got to a point where it says overturn but in still transfer banned i feel like im being ignored by ea help employees please help if any1 knows any info on what to do. please help me out if anybody has any form of info into why it is overturned but not working, this is really removing my motivation to play the game and last ea fc i spent around 100 thousand (100,000) fc points which is a lot of money for someone of my age.

ive played the game since 2021 and i havent ever got a prior warning so i was confused on to how the ea anticheat believed that i was coin transfering. Another problem is that i cant se my original email due to my old email being hacked aswell.

if any info reply please i just want to enjoy eafc.
