FATAL ERROR 5 FPS GPU 100%, UNPLAYABLE GAME IN NVIDIA LAPTOP CARDS
It has been over two months since I paid you more than $50 for this product, and to this day, I still cannot play it. Out of the hundreds of times I’ve tried to run the game, it has worked correctly maybe 9 or 10 times. The rest of the time, the game is completely broken and unplayable on hardware that clearly exceeds the requirements.
The behavior is always the same. The game launches normally: 60 FPS in menus, GPU usage around 40%, everything looks fine. The moment I start a match, during the loading screen, the FPS instantly collapses from 60 to 5 (sometimes 8 or 9 if I’m “lucky”), while GPU usage jumps to 100%. From that point on, the entire match runs at 5–6 FPS.
Initially, I assumed the problem was on my end. After extensive testing with multiple other games, it became painfully obvious that my PC is not the problem. Your game is.
I have tried absolutely everything:
Full reinstalls
Multiple graphics settings
FPS caps
V-Sync on and off
Clearing DXCache and GLCache
Rolling back NVIDIA drivers
Nothing works. Nothing changes.
I have spent more time troubleshooting YOUR game than actually playing it, which is honestly ridiculous. I paid for a finished, playable product, not to become an unpaid beta tester or tech support agent.
You claimed in version 1.4.0 that this issue was “fixed.”
That statement is simply false. The problem didn’t improve (actually it got worse).
At this point, I’m done. I’m tired of reporting the same issue, tired of waiting for fixes that don’t fix anything, and tired of wasting my time on a product that does not work as advertised. I am no longer asking for a fix, I am asking for a refund. I paid real money for a game that I cannot use, and I have absolutely no intention of continuing to troubleshoot a problem that is entirely on your side.
