Got this error after FUT Champs game win(Penalty shootout), never happened before and off course I get the LOSS..8th game of FUT Champs(dated 25/10/2025 around 8:25 P.M EST)

Yo pude jugar al fc 26 durante 3 dias seguidos solo con el problema de jugar el primer partido con lag mientras cargan shadders.....
En fin un juego muy bien optimizado, creo que para cuando saquen el proximo arreglaran este, no te preocupes en arreglar este error cuando lo hagas te aparecera otro.
Es un timo de juego y la gente deberia castigar a ea por lo que esta haciendo este año con la basura que nos ha sacado de juego por 70 euros y que no arregla. - Knight_11832 months agoRising Newcomer
It's been 6 months and this issue still happening. It's an issue with the game the crash always happens when a match ends. As soon as the match ends the pop up saying that the graphics card was disconnected. I've tried everything and this only happens with this game. Now, It's not EA's fault, it's ours. We keep buying this game year after year. In my case this changes after this game ends. It's just not worth it.

It's honestly ridiculous, borderline insane, how widespread this (& MANY other) issues, primarily on PC, are - and how LILTTLE EA has done to address it. Their idea of "addressing" what are (clearly) common issues that many are facing is to have one of their IT Support representatives send a generic message (see "EA_Pulsar"'s message in this thread), with a literal to-do list for US, the CUSTOMERS, to complete and submit to them.
This way of resolving issues never has, and never will, be sufficient - especially for a game of this size. I really hope that EA restructures their ENTIRE customer support system, from the top-down, because right now, it may as well be non-existent.
