Fc 26 crashing whole pc in cutscenes and menus

Fc 26 is crashing my entire pc giving me black screens which I have to hard restart to solve I also noticed every time there is a cutscene there will be some stutters and lag while navigating menus and cutscenes and that seems like where I crash the most.  

When I tab out of fc 26 I sometimes get an error which is: after I black screen I also hear an error sound and I assume it’s this error:

I have tried multiple different drivers but it is still the same crashes and stutters.

PC Specs: 
CPU: Amd Ryzen 7 9700x

GPU: AMD RX 9070 Xt
