FC 26 fault

Hi there, I have bought FC26 standard edition on my Xbox series s and I am a member of EA play, however when I go to play the free trial, it is suggesting that I upgrade the game to play and I cannot access ultimate team or any online game modes.

    Exactly the same issue for me on Xbox series x, cannot find a fix anywhere, now even the companion app on mobile has stopped me accessing the sbcs,objectives and transfer market.
