FC 26 First Gameplay Twitch Drop stuck in progress

I was able to get the Gold Players Pack without any issues and then got 35% into the Rare Gold Pack and progress has stopped completely. 

I have done everything to see if it was an issue from my side, restarted the easportsfc Twitch page, unlinked/re-linked EA account with Twitch, used a different browser, logged out/in to Twitch, cleared cache, etc.. and none of this helps with the progress. It looks like maybe the easportsfc Twitch page has issues with the drops or they are not active. I even left the stream on over the night to see if it did anything and still no progress.

Can you please let me know some way I can get this pack??
