Fc 26 game crashes on pc without any error logs

My game keeps crashing for no reason and just returns to the ea app. Its been happening for a month now, I have tried many solutions, updating drivers, bios, etc and even running the game at low settings. I have a good gaming laptop so not sure what is causing it. This game has left me severely disappointed and I can't even get a refund now.
