I am having the same issue. Unfortunately I only have one account. I have my input overlay (on-screen gamepad) turned on.
Lately, I can barely play a complete game normally before I start feeling the unplayable input delay and unresponsiveness in tackles. Now, a key confirmation that this craziness is not in my head is that; either in that match or the next, my on-screen gamepad typically disappears. When it does, the gameplay becomes even worse. I once bottled a 5 goal lead within 15 minutes because of this. And my Ping was 4ms!!!!!!!!
