Sky Broadband/ EA Server issues
I posted a thread that got some attention but ive not heard anything for a couple of days so im reposting in the hopes that it gets more attention and we get some answers and clarity.
I'm getting constant disconnections, menu loading screens during squad building/ evos/ SBCs, stupidly long wait times to access ultimate team and other areas of the game. We need answers! I know im not the only one experiencing these issues but we are being left in the dark regarding these issues.
I have several videos of these issues in all areas of the game but for some reason im having trouble uploading them onto this forum so I need to contact someone at EA directly to send the proof across.
We are paying people who pay a lot to play this game but for some of us it is unplayable right now due to the constant restarting of the game we have to do. Like many other people I have tried contacting Sky, done their troubleshooting steps and nothing, EA troubleshooting steps and again nothing.
We as paying customers need to know what is being discussed between EA and Sky to resolve these issues. Im aware BT customers had a similar issue last year. We need some sort of clarity, some sort of statement instead of the silence we are getting at the moment.
