Fc 26 "grey screen" after connecting to services

Question

When i load up fc 26 and it connects to the services but after that the screen is all grey and i cant do anything but when i load up the game but i cancel connecting to services at the start then it works but i cant play Ultimate team and when i try to go into UT it says that title update is required and that i can re-launch the game and accept it but when u re-launch i get the same proble.

Could you let us know which platform you’re playing FC 26 on? It would also help if you could confirm:

Whether the game is fully updated and which version/title update you currently have installed
Whether you’re using a wired or wireless connection
If this happens every time you connect to the EA servers
Whether you’ve tried launching the game with a different profile/account on the same system
What troubleshooting you’ve already tried, such as restarting the system, power cycling it, or reinstalling the game

If possible, please also share a screenshot or short clip showing the grey screen and what happens just before it appears. That should give us a better idea of what’s going on and what to try next.
