FC 26 heavy lag and input delay(PC)

Hello, I had the same problems too. First, set the settings you play well with in the eafc 26 menu, either from the nvidia app or directly from the fcsetup.ini file. Then, try setting the configuration files (fcsetup.ini, fcsetup_default.ini, overrideAutodetect.lua) to read-only first, and then deny them write access for each user. That's how I solved it. However, I think the biggest problems or the settings that should be lowered are the rendering scale (even lowering the normal resolution to 720p, 1080p caused a drop in fps with the rendering scale at 100), Ambient Occlusion to medium-low, and setting Hair Strands to off. I hope this helps you solve the problem.

Hey thanks for reaching out i've seen you share this method in other discussions as well and i tried it but unfortunately it didn't work. idk but ever since ea released this latest update  my game is unplayable, i've tried every workarounds available on this forum and none worked out. i searched more on reddit, twitter, youtube...nada. i also tried by switching back to previous nvidia and windows updates but that didnt work too. at this point i've given up now.

Boys what the hell is happening with the PC gameplay its AWFUL!!! I just played few games on my Ps5 Account , to chrck is there the same issue and its completely SMOOTH GAMEPLAY! Wtf its used to be the opposite, i cant pass , i cant shoot , my players do heavy touches, im like 0.5 seconds delayed … its CRAZY. Im playing from London with 4ms and still is brutal

EA won't fix it. They've got no **bleep** clue what they're doing. The most inept group of "devs" I have ever seen.

Hello, try putting your PC offline then uninstall and reinstall EA Javelin anti cheat then try  to start the game first offline then online and check if it works, if it doesn't work you can try clearing the cache of the EA app, if it still doesn't work you can first make a backup of the EA SPORT 26 folder (located in C:\Users\your user\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26) then delete the original folder so as to force the game to recreate clean data from the last update.

juventusu7000 I tried everything what you already recommended across this forum nothing works. Menus slow and gameplay slow motion in any mode UT also I tried kick off mode with internet off same results.
