Fc 26 i didn’t receive the squad battles rewards

Guys can you help me?? I don’t receive squad battles rewards. Any ideas what I should do ??

Hi there! Please try fully restarting the game and then check again. If you have multiple unopened packs, it’s also worth taking another look to see if any new ones appear.

Yes many packs. I don’t receive any reward. What did you mean fully restart ?
