Fc 26 keeps crashing to desktop, I’m in the USA and don’t have sky internet

Fc 26 doesn’t stop crashing. Pc specs: 4090 i9 14900k and prime Z790 motherboard. It is making me crash every 30 minutes to 1 hour. It is unplayable I keep losing games that I am winning because of these crashes. Someone please tell me a fix.
