Fc 26 not loading on Xbox

I have the exact same problem and tried everything…

Hi @ EA_Pulsar  it loads but does not move after the colour screen it stays like that for hours I have access to it on another account and same thing what could I possibly do?

Hey Collop393​ What exact error message do you see when you try to load the game?

Also, if you have access to another profile/account on the same device, could you try launching the game on that one as well and let us know if it makes any difference?
