FC 26 lagging until i open a pack and its fixed

So i just got the game ran fine for the first few minutes but then i reboot the game open up ultimate team and i have 5 fps i open a pack and the game is just back to normal, any help on this?
I dont really wanna open packs just for my game to work as i am a huge ultimate team player
I am open to send videos of this happeing for anyone willing to help
