fc 26 pc crashing problem

The game starts, and after about 10 minutes of playing, both the game and the computer crash. I've tried all the solutions given on the EA forum, YouTube, and other platforms, but the problem persists. I also considered that it might be a system issue; all my drivers are up-to-date, my game settings are correct, and my system can run the game. When I first bought the game, I could play it smoothly, but I haven't been able to for a long time. I even formatted my computer, but it didn't fix the problem. I need your help.

This sounds more like there's a power supply or overheating issue. Have you overclocked your CPU, RAM or GPU? There also could be an instability with your RAM.

Take a look at the logs. Go to Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System. Do you see anything that says Critical > Kernal-Power (Event ID 41)?

Do you play any other games that demand a lot of system resources?

  • Hey, I’ve had similar crashes in FIFA 24 while playing with my clan UltimateGamersFC. and make fancy clan name I fixed it by repairing the game files, running the game as administrator, and closing overlays. If it still happens, contacting EA Support with your crash logs usually helps.

Although I don't currently play demanding games on my computer, I've played many in the past, and recently I was playing FC 24 without any problems. Currently, I play GTA 5 and Valorant. As extra information, I recently added 8GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD to my computer. I don't think I'm experiencing many overheating issues. I followed the steps you mentioned, and yes, there are some of the errors you described; I'm attaching screenshots.

I have been also so annoyed at this but I have only found one working option. When the game starts go to settings instantly and change refresh to 60 fps. Keep v-sync on and wait until the stutter happens that makes the game crash, once it stutters it shouldn’t crash and after the stutter happens you can go back to settings and change the refresh back to your monitors original refresh rate and it won’t crash again while you’re playing. Keep in mind tho that every time you restart the game you have to do this and wait.
