FC 26 PC issue

After pre order up till today still the have lag and when ever play UT i can't do substitution the bug is still not fixed. I under EA only prioritize PS players, but we pc players also paid a lot of money for it. Plus i stream every single time FC 26, the lag is always there. My pc spec is way high and and suitable for HD, but for this case i have to stream at low quality like fr?? Please fix these ASAP, it has been 2 months these game release and only good feedback i hear is from PS player.
