FC 26 running very slow and laggy (Unplayable)

Just loaded up the game and tried getting into a kickoff match. All settings on auto, vsync on (but I've tried off too). The game is just running incredible slow in matches. Unlike anything I've seen...

same problem,game is moving in slow mo in both kickoff and ultimate team,literally unplayable, not to mention the almost 2 hour delay with the ea pro play error

    Yep. Kickoff is the first mode I tried just to say if the game is actually playable before I hopped into ultimate team. I've tried all modes now, all unplayable. Apart from Training Arena when I use only one player
