FC 26 SEASON PASS UNAVALIBLE

My season pass on fc 26 has been unavailable since thurday I’ve contacted loads of ea live chat staff and they’ve all said the same thing and done nothing if it isn’t fixed by today I’ll be very upset as I spent money and along time grinding for level 40 and I couldn’t get to do that if my problem dosent get solved
