Save Data is gone!!!

Hi during the Christmas period all my safe data for ultimate team and clubs which is frustrating. I have imported my data from the cloud save and it has only imported all the data for the new save and none of my save has returned. 33 hours on the game and it’s showing me as a lvl 0 player with no data. Any help appreciated
