Hello. I order FC 26 TOTY Edition , but didn't receive 5000 points , or packs... please help

Just to check, are you missing all of the rewards or just some specific ones? You can see the list of rewards in the link I shared there.
Also, note that the 5,000 points are Season Points for the season pass, not FC Points.
