FC 26 Ultimate Team Is Unplayable
I've been trying to play FC 26 Ultimate Team for the last 3-4 days, and the experience has been extremely frustrating.
Every time I try to enter Ultimate Team, the game gets stuck on the loading screen for an unpredictable amount of time. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes, sometimes 30 minutes, an hour, or even more than 2 hours. The worst part is that there is no way to know whether it will load or not.
I work during the day, so the little free time I have is usually spent playing Ultimate Team, completing objectives, earning XP, progressing Evolutions, and working toward rewards. Instead, I end up wasting a significant portion of that time simply waiting for the game to load.
Before posting this, I tried everything I could think of: changing DNS settings multiple times (Google DNS and Cloudflare DNS), restarting my console, fully powering it off, switching from Wi-Fi to a wired LAN connection, checking my internet connection, deleting my squad through the Web App, searching forums and social media for solutions, and testing different network configurations. Nothing has fixed the issue.
And no, this does not appear to be an issue with my internet connection. Other players are reporting the exact same problem.
As a paying customer, it's incredibly frustrating to come home after a long day, sit down to play, and then spend up to two hours staring at a loading screen. It shouldn't be a gamble whether I can access Ultimate Team or not.
On top of that, this issue is preventing me from completing time-limited objectives, Evolutions, seasonal XP, and other content that expires.
We need a solution, an explanation, or at the very least some clear communication about what's causing this issue.
I'm not asking for compensation or free packs.
I just want to be able to play the game I paid for.
