At this point, I am giving this one more month for a meaningful fix or performance improvement.
If the situation does not change within that timeframe, I will formally request a full refund, as the product is not functioning as advertised.
I appreciate any transparency, updates, or acknowledgment from the development team regarding this issue.

There are complaints atleast 3 months old. Last patch doesnt even mention this. 3 months is enough to solve or to be aware of a problem. They just don't care.

I would like to join Gyorgy12 and I would also like to formally request a full refund, as the product is not functioning as advertised.Three months have passed and we still have no information. We don't even know if they have discovered the cause of the problems. We have received absolutely no information.
