Can't Control Players

Playin on PC, sometimes when i enter the FUT online matches; i can't control any of the player or able to control just 1 player, others freezin standing.

The player article who must be head on the selected player, seen visible on every 11 player.

I lost 7 champions match this way.

Try to create support topic but they ignore, and i can't see my topic right now.

What a waste of money, time and effort.
