FC 26 UNABLE TO CONNECT/DISCONNECTING

hello, since ive bought the game from steam (1week ago) whenever i play UT (rivals,champs,live events) i get disconnected in the middle of the match and on the rarest times i was able to complete 2 games with no disconnections i tried everything. i reinstalled, verified files, deleted cache, checked my network, changed dns , used dns cmd commands , used my phone hotspot , updated anticheat , deleted my squad and created a new one, i set crowd to medium ,i turned crossplay off, but still suffering from this issue , i hope somebody could contact me and suggest a solution for me
