FC 26 very big ping VERY IMPORTANT!!!

Hi, I live in the Netherlands but i went home for Christmas and came back to the NL last week. Ever since i came back i had very bad ping, like from 100-1000 literally unplayable, the weird part is that i have strong internet connection, even tried other games like Battlefield 6 and i have good ping, but even when i try ea fc on different platform (laptop) the ping is very high, only on fc26,  Before Christmas i had like 20ms without cable, now WITH cable it doesnt get below 200
