FC 26 WON'T START

I'm having the same issue, login with a friends account instead and see if it works. If so then it's an account issue and there is currently no solution as I have spoke with many agents. You can either wait for a fix, but I wouldn't have hope as this has been an issue for months - or request for a refund.
