WHY DOES THIS GAME KEEP CRASHING AND FREEZING

this game and servers are a completely disgrace I cannot navigate any menu whatsoever without the game freezing and that stupid FC26 triangle loading at the bottom of the screen. THIS IS NOT MY CONNECTION NOR IS IT THE PS SERVERS. There’s plenty of other people experiencing this issue so I don’t even wanna hear the “we’re not aware of any issues” NOTHING IN THIS GAME WORKS!!!!
