FC 26 WON'T START

hace 3 semanas compre el juego y nada que funciona en mi PC, Hicieron una actualización del juego y el problema continua, NO FUNCIONA inicio el juego y después de unos segundos el juego se cierra automáticamente. Se realizaron las recomendaciones sugeridas en el forums pero sigue presentando el mismo problema nada que lo puedo jugar.

Do the following:

1st – Leave the computer offline.

2nd – Delete the following folder:

c:\your user\username\appdata\local\ea sports fc 26

3rd – Uninstall the Anti-Cheat and reinstall it (it’s in the game folder, inside the “Installers” folder).

4th – Launch the game (it should start now).

5th – Turn the internet back on and connect to the server.

6th – If you get an Anti-Cheat update error, go to the folder mentioned in step 3 and update it

Guys, I'm not trying to be disrespectful or anything, but EA, fix the code in the bloody games. I don't know if it's the anti-cheat or whatever update that was released that caused this to be a problem for all my FC games, because I might as well get a refund for all the games and buy games that I can play. This has been a problem for me since last year I haven't played FC26 not even once. We've tried all your fixes, and they are not working. FC 24 and 25 never had a problem like this till FC 26 came out. The problem is on your end. The sooner you realize that, the better, because I'm starting to thick this might even be a problem for me with FC27 when it's out

Ya llevo 1 mes de haber comprado el juego FIFA 26 continuo con el mismo problema de siempre NO ARRANCA EL JUEGO ya se realizo todo lo que me recomendaron y NO funciona HAY ALGUNA GARANTIA ? o ya perdi mi dinero?
