Problems starting EA SPORTS FC 26

Greetings!
My nephew bought  EA FC2026 and he has problem starting it. It simply crashes on loading screen when Javelin AntiCheat is loading. Is there any way to resolve it so he can play game or should he refund the game He has: Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600 do 4.40 GHz Graphic card: ASUS DUAL RX9060 8GB/GDDR6/128bit RAM: 16GB
This on attachment is far as it comes.
Please help people!
