FC Hub Freezes game

I don’t know what the problem is, but every time I hit the touchpad to go to FC Hub my whole game freezes and the screen goes to some background where I can’t do anything. I’m trying to look at the season pass and have had to restart the game 4 times just to be able to click on different items. This is insanely poor from a developer of any game.
