FC Hub locked

The FC Hub is locked on my EAFC26 companion app.

I completed the 'Venturing Out' objective yesterday, so was given transfer market access today. But the FC Hub is still unavailable through the app.

I'm logged out of Ultimate Team on my console, and have tried logging out of the app for 30 mins before logging back in. And neither of these things resolved the issue.
